Rob + Lauren |Summer Field Wedding | Indiana PA Photographer

I know I say this after every wedding, but seriously- this was one of the most beautiful weddings I have had the pleasure of shooting. Rob and Lauren’s wedding took place on their new farm. They board horses there, it’s called Royalty Stables. They are the proud new owners of the house, acreage, and barn!

When we arrived, we were greeted by two enormous, gorgeous German shepherds- Freska and Der Bar. These pups hold a very special place in the Bride and Grooms heart! Their wedding day was the anniversary of Lauren losing Rue, one of her very first dogs. It was a really emotional day for her, and the Grooms parents bought her a beautiful locket to remember her pup by.

After Laurens mom finished buttoning her dress, her dad and her shared a First Look. When he saw her, the smile on his face made me smile too! Lauren had some of the coolest details. Her and her bridesmaids all wore barefoot ankle jewelry. After everyone was ready, we traveled about 1/4-1/2 mile though the woods to the ceremony site. The tree was romantically draped, and the cello player added a level of sophistication. Everything came together so beautifully! The dogs walked down the aisle without any problems, and were so excited to see their parents at the end.

When the ceremony was finished, we took some amazing portraits in a nearby field, pond and patch of ferns. After the two of them, we photographed Lauren with her horse. They turned out so magical!

We headed to the Barn at Rayne Run. It was equally gorgeous with place settings and centerpieces. The bridal party had an awesome grand entrance! The guests were so excited to see them. After some sentimental toasts, we had a fantastic dinner. The reception was so much fun, and the bridal dance was hands down the rowdiest I’ve seen. With a lot of effort, Rob finally made it to the center to Lauren! After a crazy time inside, we headed outside for a few end of the night portraits. The sunset was beautiful!

These two had a stunning wedding from start to finish, but most of all, the vows exchanged between them shows how much they love each other. They are complete opposites, and I really loved hearing the reasons why they love each other! Hand written vows for the win.

Robert and Lauren, I had such a wonderful time with you and your family and friends. I am so happy you chose me to photograph your wedding day to remember for the rest of your lives! I loved everything about your day, especially your commitment and love to each other. I hope you two grow old together on the new farm, and have so many years of adventure and happiness. Your kids (2 legged or 4…) will have so many amazing memories there.

XOXO -Jaclyn
