I sort of knew Tyler and Madison would have everything pinned down to a T for this wedding, being that she works at the Indiana Country Club. My jaw dropped when we saw each part of this day come together. From the details, to the ceremony, reception and everything in between, this day was so perfect!
I had the pleasure of shooting 2 engagement sessions for these love birds, which you can check out HERE and HERE . Tyler and Madison have such a connection, that is so evident when you are around them. It makes photographing these two a breeze! They are so completely in love, its like we weren’t even there.
We started the day at the Hilton Garden Inn to get ready. Everyone was so relaxed and quietly excited for the day to begin! Madison had the help from her mom to finish her dress, and jewelry. The groom was also surrounded by friends and family to see him off to the ceremony to meet his bride!
We headed to the Indiana Country Club where Madison and her father shared a first look. Im telling you, if you are lucky enough to still have your father in your life, DO THIS on your wedding day. Dad and daughter moments always get me. These two were so sweet.
When I first walked up to the ceremony site, it honestly looked like something out of a magazine. Flowy grass blowing in the breeze, white chairs with eucalyptus and gold ribbon attached, and amazing floral arrangements on the arch. When Madison walked down the aisle, Tyler was in awe of his bride coming towards him. Her father gave her away, then they did a water ceremony with a fern to symbolize their families and love for one another. They exchanged their own vows, and shared their first kiss as husband and wife! As they exited the ceremony, dried eucalyptus leaves were thrown in the air to congratulate them.
We took family portraits, bridal portraits, and a few portraits of the two of them after the ceremony, and then headed to the reception. They were welcomed with a huge applause and cheers. After cake cutting, we had the most amazing vegan meal! The Portobello Wellington was to DIE for. The crust was so flaky, and the roasted vegetables complimented it perfectly. As always, the staff at The Country Club treats us so well, and we are so grateful for that!
We snuck out later in the evening for some sunset portraits, off to one of Madisons favorite spots with tall trees. It really was pretty magical watching them walk through with a gorgeous sunset behind them!
We ended the evening with LOTS of dancing. These two and their friends and family loved to dance! This always makes for a really fun reception, and great photos. After first dances, Tyler shared a dance with his grandmother to his late grandfather singing. It was the sweetest moment between the two!
We really had the most perfect day. Even down to the weather, everything went so smoothly. Tyler and Madison, I want to thank you for letting me in on not one but two engagement sessions with you (now I know how to order Chipotle properly!) and your wedding day. Your vows to each other were so heartfelt, and I am so proud to be able to have done this for you two. Congratulations you two!
