Have you ever done a boudoir shoot before? If so, how does your shoot with Jaclyn compare to your prior experience? No, I have never had a boudoir shoot before.
Why did you do your boudoir shoot?I mostly did the boudoir shoot to boost my self confidence and improve my self love.. And i guess for my husband, too. LOL
What was your favorite part of the session? The whole experience was amazing. From hair and makeup, to sitting on the couch viewing my pictures on the TV. I can’t choose one specific part.
What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.I have never liked what I saw when looking in the mirror. I’ve struggled with my weight and self confidence my entire life; from being significantly under-weight in high school, struggling with disordered eating, to being overweight, struggling with anxiety and depression. Then I became a mother. I was amazed with what my body could do! I then realized how amazing and what an honor it was to be a woman. I am slowing learning to love myself and celebrate my body. And oh damn did this session help!
Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?I had no idea what to expect. I was so nervous leading up to the date. Once I got into the salon chair, all of my nerves eased, and I felt so good! I never thought I would feel comfortable being so exposed to someone I did not know. Jackie was so welcoming and encouraging! She told me exactly what to do with every inch of my body with every pose. It was a truly wonderful experience.
What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?Seeing myself come out of my shell. I would not change one thing about the experience!
